Shipping & Handling

Carrier depends on weight of shipment, most websales are sent either US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. 

Residential deliveries must be specified, or an additional charge will result.

If insurance is desired, it must be specified at the time of order and will result in additional freight fees.

All shipment discrepancies must be communicated to us within 72 hours of receipt. 

If your package arrives damaged, call us first, and you must keep all packaging and await contact from the carrier (if required)
